Anna has spent two decades helping and advising CEOs, Philanthropists, and Executive Directors across sectors including public, social impact, non-profit, investment management, philanthropy, corporate law, entertainment, government, tech, AI, NGOs, hospitality, the arts, politics + green energy.
Focussing on HR, organizational development and people management for the past decade, her restorative performance management models uniquely balance human-led and process-led approaches including restorative practices, transactional analysis, people-centered design and systems thinking.
She's trained teams across the UK, USA, Ukraine and Australia and she's spoken - in her trademark irreverent style - alongside government ministers, a secretary of state, business leaders and philanthropists, problem solving on everything from economic empowerment to sustainability issues and equity, always advocating innovative leadership, individual responsibility and fearless thinking as part of the solution.

Jai is a career coach in higher education with more than 10 years of experience. She is also an artist, a programmatic curator and a facilitator. Her deep insight and empathy leaves the individual feeling incredibly seen and heard, and she is a trained mental health first aider.
A deft mediator, Jai graduated from Anna's EQ Engineers cohort in 2020, then assisting Anna on performance management at scaling EdTech BibliU. Based in the UK, Jai brings a sense of mischief and creativity to everything she touches.

Having worked with Anna for a number of years previously, Jo has recently returned to team, and we're delighted that she's back.
Jo brings her extensive experience working at Chairman and CEO level across a diverse range of sectors to Anna Oyelola and she excels in building networks and relationships.
