A note from Anna

On continuity, judgment and long-term stewardship

My work is shaped by two decades spent across investment management, corporate law, public affairs and high-growth technology, including the AI sector.

Across those environments, I became increasingly interested in the human systems beneath visible success: how leadership functions under pressure, how families and institutions navigate transition, and how environment, relationships and responsibility shape long-term outcomes over time.

Today, I advise founders, leaders, families and institutions through periods of growth, succession and change, particularly where decisions carry lasting personal, operational or generational consequences.

The common thread throughout the work is stewardship: helping clients navigate complexity thoughtfully, protect what matters most and build lives, organisations and legacies capable of enduring well beyond moments of transition.
