My work is shaped by two decades spanning investment management, corporate law, public affairs, executive advisory and high-growth technology, including the AI sector.

Across those environments, I became increasingly interested in the human dynamics beneath successful organisations: how leaders make consequential decisions, how institutions earn and sustain trust, and how governance, communication and leadership influence long-term performance.

Today, I advise founders, investors, executive leaders and boards through growth, capital raising, governance, succession and organisational change, particularly where decisions carry operational, financial, reputational and long-term consequences.
