Anna Oyelola, Founder + Principal
Anna Oyelola works with founders, leaders and stewards of capital navigating scrutiny, scale and consequential decision-making.
She operates at the intersection of capital, policy and narrative — advising high-growth enterprises on trust, legitimacy and durability as visibility intensifies. Her work spans founder evolution, strategic narrative, regulatory posture and capital signalling across political, financial and cultural arenas.
A UK–US dual citizen who grew up in the South West of England, Anna began her career on the founding team of Makuria, an award-winning European hedge fund, before working across green energy, corporate law and public affairs. She has advised boards and founder-led organisations across the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Ukraine and Switzerland, often in contexts requiring discretion and elevated decision-making under pressure.
She has shared platforms with ministers, philanthropists and a former UK Secretary of State, and serves as Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of Issa, an emotion AI engine used by global brands.
Anna works with a small number of founders at a time, bringing institutional calm to moments where scale, capital and public attention converge.
Charley Devany, vCFO, CPA
Charley Devany brings more than 25 years of experience providing financial leadership to growth-stage and established organizations. His background includes training at KPMG, as well as financial roles in technically complex and regulated environments, including Austin Semiconductor and Farm Bank of Texas.
Charley has worked closely with Anna across numerous businesses and client engagements, contributing a steady, rigorous financial perspective across reconciliation, governance, capital planning, and strategic decision-making. His work supports leaders in strengthening financial discipline, organizing governance structures, positioning for growth, and navigating capital raises, mergers, and acquisitions.
With a focus on timely, accurate information and sound financial architecture, Charley helps founders and leadership teams make better decisions, remain tax compliant, and stay financially prepared for scale and long-term objectives.
Jai Tyler, Senior Performance Consultant
Jai is a facilitator and advisor with more than 10 years of experience. Her deep insight and empathy leaves the individual feeling incredibly seen and heard, and she is, like Anna, trained in Transactional Analysis, bringing deep psychological insight to her work.
A deft mediator, Jai graduated from Anna's EQ Engineers cohort in 2020, then assisting Anna with restorative performance management at scaling EdTech BibliU and later at Education Training company Hatching Results. Based in the UK, Jai brings shrewd analysis to everything she touches.
Ruva Chimusoro, Analytics Lead
Ruva holds a Master’s in Information Science and brings analytical discipline, systems thinking, and a creative approach to data synthesis. With experience at Dell and Visa, she blends enterprise-scale operational insight with qualitative pattern analysis to support interview synthesis, data organisation, and project coordination.
